The video conferencing company has just launched its new VoIP to landline/mobile phone service and is kicking things off with a month of free calls to the United States and Canada.

ooVoo is a great service that allows users to video chat with up to 6 people at once, its free to download, can record video chats/conferences, and right now its allowing free calls from anywhere in the world to US and canada.
