Listerine, new service from syndeolabs.com, is a dedicated Twitter list-manager, for tweeple with a lot of contacts.
In its default selection mode, simply drag a contact on to a List in order to add that contact to it. In its auto selection mode, you’ll need to set a List as ”active” by clicking that list’s TOGGLE button. You will then be able to add contacts to that active list simply by double-clicking on them.

Ooooh, this sounds cool… I googled “Twitter list manager”, “drag and drop” because of features I’m needing – but one critical one I don’t see here is functionality to use with multiple Twitter accounts at once? I need to be able to drag and drop followers from one Twitter List to another . Let me know? Thx
